We begin with a free, no strings attached one-hour Zoom call, you tell me what you and your business is all about, what your goals are and how you want to be seen by the world. If after this time we both feel we are a good fit for one another, we can proceed to Step 2.

Through my series of insightful questionnaires and exercises, honest 1-2-1 discussions and lots of inner soul searching we work together to design you a unique, beautiful and engaging brand identity. We cover it all - colours, fonts, graphics and design. You will have not just a logo, but a full brand identity upon which to build a strong business.

FAQs
How long does it take?
This programme is designed as a 12-week process. You should ensure that you have set aside enough time to work on your launch through out this period. A minimum of two full days a week will be needed from you to ensure the project goes to plan and on time. We will have a detailed task list and plan to work to.
What if I only need part of your service?
I’m always flexible with how I work with my clients - you are each unique. I can offer individual coaching, photography, branding or website services separately if you wish, just book a discovery call for a quote and individual programme design just for you.
My products/services aren’t ready yet?
If you don’t have a launch collection or service ready I would suggest we only begin this service when you do. However you can always book some coaching to help you identify, develop and complete your launch products or services prior to this programme.
What happens if we need more time?
We carefully monitor progress, so in the unlikely event at anytime it looks like you might not meet your targets we will always have a conversation around moving any deadlines as necessary, long before they become a problem.
How many hours a week do we talk?
This programme supports you with 2 hours of Zoom calls each week for 12 weeks. Throughout you can also email and keep in touch via our project management system with any questions as we go along. I’m always here to support you throughout the process. You will never have to wait for our next call to have an answer to a question.
What if I need extra things like help with HMRC, accounting or legals?
I have a little black book of other professionals I use and trust that I would be happy to share with you as part of the process. I strive to offer a truly all inclusive service that gives you peace of mind and ease of access.
What’s included as part of the website design?
I will set up a Squarepsace or Shopify website for you (decided on the best platform for your needs). We set it all up with you (domains, email - including newsletter platform, Google, Facbeook pixels, pop-ups). We assume you need a Home Page, About Page, Contact Page, Blog, Events Page, Services Page and/or basic Shop. If at any time prior to you booking the ‘Done For You’ service we feel these are not enough for your needs we can supply a separate quote that covers any additional work.
What photography is included?
You will receive a half-day brand shoot (ie images of you in your place of work, the places you find your inspiration or that mean something to you). You will also receive a one day product/service shoot (ie images of your services in action or your products). If I feel your product range is likely to require further hours, and/or the additional requirements of things like hair and make-up artists, shoot location(s) and model(s) then I will provide you with a quote before you proceed to booking so you are full aware of any additional costs there might be before committing. Additional quotes for travel/accommodation will also be provided at this time if required.
I already have a business and want to relaunch - is this service suitable?
Absolutely, I am experienced in working with established businesses as much as I am with new ones. We may just need to tweak how we work the service to suit you, for instance if you needed migration of blogs or other data which could incur an additional cost. But we would talk about that on our ‘getting to know you’ call so you were fully appraised of any additional costs there might be for this approach.
What’s included as part of the branding?
This is a full service digital branding identity created with my branding partner Laura E Patrick. You will get a full brand identity designed for you and with you that perfectly reflects your business. It will include a full brand style guide so you can implement the designs going forward, eg colours, fonts, a logo, a sub-logo (for social media), up to 5 motifs suitable for illustrative needs and things like Instagram highlight covers. You will also have a business card designed for you. Further work can be quoted for and commissioned on an as-needed basis, eg any printed materials, packaging. Only the digital assets mentioned above are included in the ‘Done For You’ service. All printing is quoted for additionally.
What’s included as part of the content plan?
Together we will populate my tried and tested framework for content creation and plan out the lead up to launch and the three months after launch. It will cover exactly what you will blog about, post about on social media and talk about in your newsletters (please note I do not create the content for you, but rather guide you to be able to do it successfully for yourself). It will also include helping you decide, design and market a lead magnet and associated email nurture sequence that generates consistent quality leads into your business. With my support you will learn how to create compelling content that converts into bookings and sales. I give you the tools to move forward on your own, confident that you can create exactly the content you need to drive fruitful relationships with your potential clients.
What if your style of photography isn’t for me?
No problem! I have a number of great connections with other talented photographers who I would be only too happy to connect you with at no additional cost (I will sub-contract them for you, or if you have one you would like to use then we can work with them too) - just let me know before you book the service so we can double check everything. The only thing that may be affected is the project timeline, so we would need to discuss that with your chosen photographer and ensure that everyone can deliver what they need to when they need to.
